1. 전화 건 후 용건을 말하기 전
Is this a good time? (지금 통화 괜찮아? / 시간 괜찮아?)
전화받은 상대가 정신없어 보일 때 
Did I catch you at a bad time?

2. 늦은/이른시간일 때
(I am) Sorry to [써뤼트우/써뤼르우] call so late.
*유화현상: 모음(발음) + t/d/rt/rd/dt + 모음(발음) = t가 ㄹ발음으로 부드러워짐 
너무 이른시간에 전화했을 때 (출근 전) 
(I am) Sorry to [써뤼트우/써뤼르우] call so early.

*내가 전화하는게 아니라 사무실의 다른 사람이 전화할 때 주로 someone 또는 we를 사용
